We understand the intricacies of business as well as management and so offer a sound, sensible solution to your problems, which we will undoubtedly have encountered previously.

The network is spread across the UK and professionals join us through word of mouth or recommendation only: We are not recruitment consultants.

Within our network you will be able to tap into the knowledge of HR professionals, Leadership consultants, Accounting professionals, Management Consultants, Business Consultants and Medical Experts.

Sarah
Sarah Leonard is the Principal Consultant and Managing Director of SLeonard Associates. Sarah is an Independent HR Consultant and effective workplace facilitator and mediator with MSc, BPS Level A and B (16PF).  

Sarah has been working as an Independent Consultant since 2008 and previously held senior HR leadership positions with large, medium and small organisations after completing her MSc in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations at the University of Manchester.

A fluent French speaker, Sarah has worked within the UK and Europe. Her practical experience in HRM, Business and Training includes a range of private blue-chip, SME, public sector and not-for-profit organisations.
